Sable Fat Filbert 6170

The Sable Fat Filbert 6170 is compact and crescent shaped, with a thicker, shorter and denser tuft than standard sable filberts. This brush is made of hand-selected sable, and has excellent spring and a supple feel with uncommon durability for a fine hair brush. It is great for covering larger surface areas and offers expressive, rounded brush marks rather than a fine edge or line. Its unique shape and large reservoir make it excellent for underpainting, and initial painting stages.
